PERBEDAAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SELF-EFFICACY PADA PERILAKU SEKSUAL REMAJA SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI SEHATI KESPRO DI SMA

Abstract

Reproductive health education tailored to specific needs is crucial for promoting healthy behaviors among adolescents and preventing unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and early marriage. This study aims to analyze differences in knowledge and self-efficacy among adolescents before and after using the SEHATI KESPRO app at SMAN 1 Langkaplancar. This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. A sample of 38 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument consisted of an adapted questionnaire covering the variables of knowledge and self-efficacy, which had been validated for both validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The test results showed no statistically significant differences in the levels of knowledge (p = 0.114) or self-efficacy (p = 0.272) among adolescents after the intervention. In conclusion, there were no significant differences in knowledge and self-efficacy among adolescents following the use of the SEHATI KESPRO app. Therefore, it is recommended that schools integrate this app with a sustained interactive approach. For future researchers, it is highly recommended to conduct stricter monitoring regarding respondents’ compliance with app access during the intervention period.
